Private charter questions, answered
Grouped by boat choice, private pricing, notice and what we confirm before booking. Where a policy isn't settled, we say so and invite you to confirm the arrangement — we don't invent an answer.

Still have a question?
We respond during local operating hours (Africa/Johannesburg). Requested dates are reviewed and confirmed separately — an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Main cruise notice: at least 24 hours' advance notice for a standard charter.
Floating bar notice: normally eight days (192 hours). Shorter notice is a manual review, never a licence guarantee.
Whole-boat hire only — no per-person tickets.
Request your charter date
Send your preferred date, group size and occasion. We'll check skipper and vessel availability and return a written whole-boat quote — no per-head charges.
Your date request is reviewed by our team. Your booking is confirmed in writing after availability and arrangements have been agreed. Your quote sets out the price, inclusions, meeting point, payment schedule and cancellation/rescheduling conditions before you accept.
Up to 12 guests · Skipper & sound included · From 24h notice.
