Exclusive whole-boat charters only

Privacy policy

What we collect and why

When you request a charter date or contact us, we collect the minimum details needed to respond and arrange your booking: your name and phone number (required), your email if you choose to provide it (optional), and your cruise preferences — service, requested date and time, duration, guest count, occasion and short notes. For floating-bar enquiries we also collect the event location or mooring, moored-or-cruising preference, service model, service hours and an estimated guest count.

We use these details only to check availability, prepare your written quote, and confirm your booking. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.

Where your details go

Your enquiry is stored by our booking team and our customer-management system so our staff can review it and reply. The people who can see it are our skippers and booking staff for the purpose of responding to your request. We do not publish your details, put them in a public calendar, or include them in website URLs or analytics.

The specific systems, hosting and retention period are confirmed by the owner. This is a truthful description of intent; the exact retention schedule is not stated here as a placeholder.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to your request and complete any confirmed booking, plus a short period afterwards for record-keeping. The exact retention period is an owner-approved schedule — it is not set here as a placeholder. When it is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it.

Your access, correction and deletion rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw any marketing consent, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will action your request in line with POPIA.

What we do not ask for

  • We do not request ID documents or copies of IDs on the enquiry form.
  • We do not request credit or debit card data through the website.
  • We do not ask for health or medical narratives.
  • We do not ask for children's names or dates of birth.

If you have an access need, we'll discuss boarding arrangements before confirming — we don't collect medical histories in the public form.

Marketing (separate, optional)

If we ever offer optional cruise updates by message or email, it will be a separate, unticked choice on the enquiry form — never required to enquire. We record the wording version, the time you chose, and an easy way to unsubscribe. An ordinary booking request never forces a promotional opt-in.

Your privacy choices

We don't load nonessential advertising or analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, you'll see a simple Accept / Reject choice here — defaulting to off — and no tracker runs before you choose.
